Engine Options for 2023
The gas version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee will come with one of two available powertrain options under the hood. The more efficient option is a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 engine that can produce 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. You can tow up to 6,200 pounds with the base option.
The more powerful option is a 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 engine that can produce 357 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque. You'll be able to tow 1,000 more pounds than the base model.
Design
The Jeep Grand Cherokee retains its rugged and refined good looks this year. The full-size SUV is perfectly at home with the suburban family but offers plenty under the hood to tackle off-road adventures with the big kids. Even the base-level Jeep Grand Cherokee feels upscale, while the top-tier Summit models feel downright luxurious.
