Sometimes February can seem like a downright difficult month. It's cold, it's short and it's the time that people everywhere start to realize they're not keeping up with their New Year's resolutions. February 2015 sales saw FCA US LLC record 163,586 unit sales for a 6-percent increase over February 2014 as well as the group's best sales for the month since 2007. The group also pushed its streak of year-over-year sales gains to 59 months in a row.
The Chrysler, Jeep® and RAM brands all earned year-over-year sales gains last month with Jeep leading the charge at a 21-percent year-over-year jump for the brand's best February ever. The Jeep Patriot also earned its best sales month ever in February 2015.
Likewise, eight Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and RAM vehicles set sales records for the month of February in 2015:
· Jeep Wrangler sales were up 21 percent for the month of February
· Jeep Cherokee sales totaled 14,026 units last month
· RAM Cargo Van sales increased a phenomenal 62 percent over February 2014
· Chrysler 200 sales jumped 31 percent to 15,805 units in February 2015
· Jeep Compass sales hit 4,669 units last month
· The RAM ProMaster line made astounding progress with the launch of the City model and a 173-percent jump in sales for the Van model
· Dodge Challenger sales jumped 42 percent to 5,255 units last month
