Can't ask for a better dealership with ZERO pressure. Bought my truck online with text message and one phone call to close the deal. The Sales Manager "Trey" is easy to work with, answered all my questions. The Salesman "Michael" very responsive with text message and worked with me to get my out the door price I asked for. Second vehicle I have bought from this dealership, top notch. Added bonus: they will deliver your vehicle to your driveway, no need to actually go to the dealership.

1/7/26: Big shoutout to these folks at Woody Folsom CDJR. Chris , Lori, Michael, and Tom came to my rescue tonight when my 2025 Ram decided to have a seizure and left me stranded. They worked quickly to get a rollback out to me and provided a loaner vehicle so I could get home. These guys definitely set the standard for customer service! Thanks again guys!

I had a great experience today, originally I was only looking however, Mr Timothy Wilcox the salesmen showed me the ins and outs on the jeep gladiator. Needless to say I am leaving with a new gladiator, Kyle the sales manager was great and Aaron the finance guy. I highly recommend the Woody Folsom CDJR in Baxley! If you go there ask for Timothy Wilcox the best Salesmen hands down.

I looked for an ignition online for a month and a half. WF found it in minutes on the phone, picked it up the next day. It was a Saturday so the guy even left my part at the front desk for me, with my name on it since his dept closed at lunch on Saturday. I haven't seen service like this since the 80s 😂 Big credit to both the guy that ordered my part and to the guy working the service dept. Well done guys

This Dodge service team is absolutely wonderful! Our truck threw an exhaust code and the service team had the issue diagnosed, part secured, warrantied, and back on the road home within 7 hours. A huge thank you to each team member who played even the tiniest role in getting red back on the road ❤️

I have to say that in all my years of buying cars from Dealers (27) I have never met or have done business with a better car sales consultant than Timothy Wilcox Sr. His nickname should be flash. Not only is he a go getter but he is so on point and passionately cares about giving the best service and experience for the customer. Thank you Timothy, I will never buy a car from anyone else!! Happy New Year and thank you for making the experience for my son so enjoyable!
